All Surfaces will need to be cleaned prior to applying disinfectant. If cleaning is needed, there will be an additional cost. For new clients Unlimited Maintenance will prepare you a quote to clean your facility.

Cleaning Services are accomplished by physically wiping surfaces to clean and remove viable soils.

Disinfecting Services kill viruses on surfaces or objects. Disinfecting works by using EPA registered chemicals to wet surfaces and allowing contact/dwell time to kill the virus in compliance with CDC guidelines.
